- The objective of the Municipality of Arnuero to order the plan was to design a strategy that would guarantee both conservation and social use of the marshes of Joyel. The main proposal was creating the "Ecopark Trasmiera", a network of museums, industrial monuments, interpretive spaces and thematic itineraries.
